Here's how you can feel more in control

You can't change the converging crises we face:
​
• cost-of-living crisis reducing revenues
• inflation pushing up ingredient costs
• wars making our future uncertain
• economic policy killing society
• climate change concerns
• supply chain challenges
• staff recruitment
• bust/burnout
​
But, you can change how you respond to them
​
These converging crises continue to drive:
​
❌ record-breaking levels of business failure
↪ and each month becomes a new record
​
❌ record-breaking levels of human burnout
↪ and each burnout impacts real lives
​
❌ record-breaking levels of staff leaving
↪ and the main reasons aren't addressed
​
The challenges aren't going away!
​
You can't change the big-picture challenges.
​
What you can change is how you respond to them.
​
You can develop skills & strengths that:
​
✅ allow you to reduce stress and feel happier
✅ progress your career or build your business
✅ help those around you get through this too

The same folk who caused the 2008 financial crisis

Have got their sticky fingers into our industry
​
Because of its potential cashflow for them

Their political mates won't save you
​
But you can save and enhance:

But you must choose a better future for yourself
And then you can put the oxygen mask on others

Your Future of Hospitality can be what you want it to be
​
If you're not ready to thrive, then keep thinking about it
